TURN AROUND TIME OPTIONS FOR MAILED ITEM
Please select the Turn Around Time that works best for you when checking out. All times are business days. I can not mail items out on goverment holidays since the post office is closed nor can I mail a 24 HOUR RUSH ORDER that was ordered Friday afternoon on Saturday, the post office in my town is only open until 11 and it just isn't possible to rush good quality items out the door that fast) Turn around times does not include shipping time, it is only for the time it will take me to get your item in the mail to you.
I paint each glass and canvas to order. Turn around times are an estimate unless we talk about a specific day they may vary by a day or 2. You need to also take into consideration shipping can take up to 5 business days IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE MESSAGE ME.
I love shipping to my international customers, but giving an exact shipping cost upfront in the listings is difficult as each country has a different shipping cost. I usually ship USPS Priority International. Packages typically arrive within 10-16 business days. Please contact me for international shipping quotes to your address.
Refunds
If your glass should arrive broken, email me via orders@classyyetsassy.com with a picture of the broken glass still in the box it was shipped in, I will have a replacement glass in the mail to you with 48 hours!! So please do not be afraid to order glass!!
All of my glassware is toprack dishwasher safe unless it is other wise stated in my listing. TOP RACK DISHWASHER SAFE MEANS THAT THE PAINT ON THE GLASS WILL NOT COME OFF WHEN THE GLASS IS WASHED IN THE DISHWASHER. I WILL NOT REPLACE GLASSES IF THEY BREAK IN THE DISHWASHER. ALSO YOUR GLASS IS LIKE ANY OTHER ITEM THAT YOU USE. THE MORE YOU USE IT THE MORE IT WILL WEAR. AFTER SEVERAL USES,( LIKE A FEW MONTHS OF USING YOUR GLASS 3-4 TIMES A WEEK) YOU MAY NOTICE THAT THE PAINT IS SCRATCHED OR CHIPPED, THIS IS NORMAL AND WILL HAPPEN WITH ANY ITEM YOU USE DAILY, ie- Clothes fade if they are worn a lot, however if your glass has a lot of scratches of chips and it has been less then a year since you purchased it. I will paint you a brand new glass and only charge shipping.
